Update post jam

Hey sledders!

This is a small update that makes some important changes.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed the bug where breakable ice platforms would give you a coyote jump when they broke
• Fixed the bug where breakable ice platforms would break even when you landed on them softly

New content:

• We added a new level called High Low

Polish

• I reworked the title screen and level select screen a bit to make them look better

These are all relatively small changes, but I think they'll make your experience of the game better. Enjoy!
